OUR COMPANY
Founded on the belief that clarity changes outcomes.
Verdant exists to make financial knowledge accessible — not as a product, but as a foundation for better decisions.
Back to HomeOUR STORY
From complex to comprehensible.
Verdant was established in Bangkok by a team of financial practitioners who noticed a recurring pattern in their professional work: individuals with significant assets and income were making consequential decisions without a clear understanding of the foundations — tax structures, insurance coverage, estate considerations, and savings vehicles.
The practice was built around a single conviction: that financial education, delivered thoughtfully and without the pressure of product sales, has a measurable effect on how people manage their money and plan their futures. Rather than advising clients on what to do, Verdant focuses on helping them understand their situation well enough to make decisions with confidence.
Our work spans individual consultations for professionals and business owners, classroom-style workshops for those new to the Thai tax system, and organisational programmes designed to extend financial literacy across the workforce. Each engagement is shaped by the specific context of the person or group involved — not by a standardised delivery model.
We operate from our office on Ratchadamri Road in Bangkok and serve clients across Thailand. Engagements are conducted in English, and materials are produced in clear, plain language throughout.

MISSION & VALUES
What guides our work
Clarity first
We start with the fundamentals, build understanding at a steady pace, and check in to confirm comprehension before advancing. A session that leaves someone confused has not done its job.
No product agenda
Verdant does not earn commissions and does not recommend financial products. Our independence means the information you receive reflects your situation, not a sales pipeline.
Written, not verbal
Every engagement produces documentation — reference summaries, session notes, and planning documents — so the learning remains accessible long after the sessions conclude.
Thailand-specific
Content is written for Thailand's tax code, regulatory structures, and local financial environment. We do not repackage materials from other markets.
Strict confidentiality
Client information is held in complete confidence. Details shared in advisory sessions are never used for marketing, benchmarking, or any purpose beyond the engagement itself.
Adapted to the audience
Session depth and pacing are adjusted to match each participant's background. We work with people who are building foundational knowledge as comfortably as those refining a more developed picture.

OUR STANDARDS
Professional standards we hold ourselves to
Data protection & privacy
Client information is stored securely and accessed only by the team members involved in your engagement. We comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) in all aspects of our practice.
Content accuracy
Workshop materials and advisory documents are reviewed each year against current Thai tax regulations and relevant financial legislation to confirm accuracy before use.
No conflicts of interest
We do not accept referral fees or commissions from financial institutions or product providers. All content reflects the educational scope of the engagement exclusively.
Session documentation
Each advisory session produces a written summary issued to the client within five working days. All documentation uses plain language and avoids unnecessary financial jargon.
Suitability assessment
Before any multi-session engagement begins, we conduct a brief assessment to confirm the programme is the right fit for the client's current knowledge level and objectives.
Feedback & follow-up
A structured feedback process runs after each workshop and at the conclusion of advisory engagements. Responses are used to improve content and delivery — not for marketing purposes.
EXPERTISE & CONTEXT
Financial knowledge, applied in Thailand
Thailand's tax and financial landscape presents a particular set of questions for both local professionals and expatriates. Personal income tax rates, the treatment of foreign-sourced income, the range of available deductions, and the role of provident funds in long-term planning all have nuances that benefit from direct explanation rather than independent research.
Verdant's work sits at the intersection of adult education and financial literacy. Our team draws on direct experience with the Revenue Department's frameworks, Thailand's insurance regulations, and the practical mechanics of structured savings. Workshops are built from primary sources — the Revenue Code, the Securities and Exchange Commission guidance, and the Office of the Insurance Commission's published materials — rather than secondary summaries.
For organisations, financial literacy is increasingly recognised as part of a broader employee well-being framework. Workers who understand how their employment benefits interact with their personal financial situation, and who have a clear approach to savings and planning, tend to be more stable and more engaged. The Verdant organisational programme is designed with this context in mind.
Our office is located in Lumphini, Bangkok, convenient to the central business district and easily accessible for clients based across the city and its surrounding areas.
